Project 1 |
| In this project the homeowner had the desire to build out his basement with playroom, office and gym space and also perform an exterior remodel. Once on site, the project grew to backyard and patio renovations as well as the addition of a custom wine cellar. The beauty of this project is in the details.

Project 2 (2006 Gold Award: Residential Exterior under $100,000) |

To complete the transformation we installed a new masonry entry, walk and retaining wall planters. |

Project 3 (2008 Platinum Award: Entire House over $1,000,000) |
| This project was created for a young professional couple with school age children and an active life style. The owner who was our main contact worked in Manhattan and traveled abroad frequently. Site meetings were quite infrequent. Through a series of digital pictures, PDF documents and emails, we were able to communicate electronically with a surprisingly high degree of efficiency and understanding. |

Project 4 (2009 Gold Award: Residential Addition $100,000 - $250,000) |
| This project was created due to the need for a Master Suite with first floor access. Our clients wanted a quality product with radiant heat in the bathroom, substantial moldings and elegant detailing throughout. The master bath includes marble inlay work and a totally custom cherry vanity which lays up into the curve of a barreled ceiling. Our work encompassed the master suite as well as the adjoining mudroom and dining room. |

 |
Project 5 (2009 Gold Award: Home Theater & Media Rooms under $150,000) |
| This project involves a media room which we designed with high quality sound components and acoustics, a large size Hi-definition display capable of displaying all types of media content and easy to use controllability. The room was created in a warm den setting that didn’t look like a theater and could double as a common space for family night when they all got together to play board games. |

Project 6 (2008 Silver Award: Residential Addition $100,000 - $250,000) |
| This was a “design-build” project for first time clients who wanted a family room large enough to hold their growing extended family for the holidays, as well as during the summer months when they entertain out on the deck or by the pool. They wanted the addition to have an open floor plan, lots of light and good access to the new deck. |

 |
Project 7 (2008 Gold Award: Residential Interior over $100,000) |
| Our clients presented us with a home built in the early 1900s and asked us to renovate their master quarters. They wanted to try to keep the feel of the home's vintage and a hint of the elegance it once displayed. Working tightly to the clients specs we created the space you see. Large crowns, wainscot panels, built-in cabinetry, an Asian marble bath outfitted with a refurbished claw-foot tub and converted antique dresser for a vanity.” |

 |
Project 8 |
| The client came to us seeking a Design Build process for their kitchen addition. Included in this project is the kitchen expansion and an exterior remodeling of the house. |

 |
Project 9 (2008 Silver Award: Residential Addition under $100,000) |
| This project was the result of a “design-build” effort. The homeowners are third time clients. Their needs were simple; to enlarge their master suite where by creating a sitting area in which they could warm up by a fire and read a book. Along the way it was decided to add a small deck to sit outside and provide access to a hot tub to soothe the bones. |

Project 10 (2009 Gold Award: Entire House $250,000-$500,000) |
| Simplicity! This is what our clients requested. They are collectors of art and fine collectables and our mission was to create a space which was unobtrusive and devoid of heavy detail so as not to detract from their offerings. Material choices were contemporary but still graceful in there showing. Sight lines and lighting was of huge importance as pieces were set for display throughout every conceivable spot in the house. |

Project 11 |
| This project consists of the additions of an entry foyer, a powder room, a family room, a rear cedar deck with trellis and a kitchen remodel. We also did a complete exterior remodel of the home. The work was phased over the course of 2 years as 2 separate projects. Use the chimney as your focal point to appreciate the changes made to the home. |

 |
Project 12 (2008 Gold Award: Residential Addition $250,000 & Over) |
| The basic project was to construct a full basement, extend the first floor kitchen into a large eat in with fireplace, enlarge the second floor office and add on a master bathroom. We were also asked to outfit the kitchen and bath and ramp up the interior moldings a bit to add a touch of elegance. |

 |
Project 13 |
| This has been one of our longest standing clients for whom we have performed 3 major remodels to their home, first being family room, kitchen and deck addition. Second the master suite, and children’s bath. The third was a wrap-around porch, an office and a music room. Included in this job are various built-ins and interesting details. |
| |
 |
